The best of both worlds: the buzz of central London is a short journey away, but you can retire to a lovely, peaceful and leafy neighbourhood after a long day of exploring. We’ve taken great care to make our beautiful home, and we’ve recently spent some money on new furnishings for our guests whilst our own family is away. Ideal for other families, with a weatherproof garden and a twin room. My management team will look after you during your stay. We hope you love living here as much as we do.
Lovely Edwardian home on a residential street with a back garden and small yard at the front too. There’s a lockbox with keys, so you won’t need to worry about meeting anyone at a specified time, which can always be a little stressful!

The Neighborhood

Hither Green is a peaceful residential area known for its attractive Victorian and Edwardian houses, as well as its leafy streets and parks. It’s really popular with families, and we’ve loved living here. Mountsfield Park is a large public park with a children's playground, sports facilities, and a cafe. The park is a popular spot for picnics and outdoor events, and is also home to a weekly farmers' market – we’ve spent many hours there. Hither Green is also home to a number of restaurants and pubs, including our favourite The Railway, a popular pub known for its live music and events. There are also a number of small independent shops and supermarkets in the area, as well as a weekly outdoor market on Hither Green Lane. The area is well-connected by public transport, with Hither Green railway station providing direct services to London Bridge, Cannon Street, and Charing Cross in 30 minutes. There are also several bus routes serving the area, making it easy to explore the rest of south London from Hither Green.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
  • • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
  • • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
  • • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
  • • A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
  • Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.
