Welcome to our brand new modern unit in the heart of prime Nisantasi! Close to all the tastiest restaurants and cafes and all the fanciest trendiest shops! This two bed, one bath is situated on the third floor w/ elevator and is walking distance to all transportation links. The perfect home away from home! We invite you to come stay with us! Comes w/ Wifi, Netflix, all new white appliances and a fully fitted kitchen!
The beds are as follows:
Bed 1 : Queen bed
Bed 2 : Single bed
Please note that the 4th guest would sleep on a sofabed located in the living room. We will provide you the linen for the guest to be able to sleep
I’d appreciate if guests could keep the apartment clean. I’ll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Check in: After 3pm
- Check out: Before 11am
- - Please be respectful of neighbors in the building.
- - Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge
- - If you lose your keys there will be a surcharge of $25
- - Partying or loud music of any sort is NOT permitted in our property.
- Extra cleaning fee: $100 USD
- Early check-in fee: $100 USD
- Late check-out fee: $100 USD
- Home Truths:
- - Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request.
- PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
