dining room, which can accommodate 8 guests at the lovely table, and into the
gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including
a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and an ice maker. If dining al-fresco is more
your style, enjoy your meal on the screened porch, or in the spacious outdoor
living space this home has to offer. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom
are located on the first floor, with access to the porch for a relaxing
evening.
The second floor of the home features an open lounge space for the kids to
enjoy. Right down the hall from the lounge space is a guest bedroom featuring
a queen sized bed and private bathroom. The bunk room has two twin over twin
beds and a private bathroom. The three additional bedrooms each feature king
sized beds and private bathrooms as well. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf
from the third floor tower! The home also features a carriage house located
over the garage. The carriage house has a complete kitchen, lovely living
room, and queen sized bed. This home is equipped with a full-house wireless

availability for two vehicles.

Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through
The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the
community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals
will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

\- NO Events, such as weddings receptions and other larger gatherings are
allowed. Only people staying in the home are allowed on this property. If
violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
\- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET
policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
BIKES: The quote you will receive will include 6 beach cruiser bicycles
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
\- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of
26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
\- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer
\- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
\- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean
during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out.
Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean
onto your reservation.
