to bottom and is the perfect location for your Seaside getaway!

This quaint and luxurious guest cottage is located on peaceful Tupelo street
and is a quick walk to the adult pool, fitness center, family pool and tennis
facility. The guest cottage is decorated in a coastal luxury style, featuring
creamy white walls, wood floors and brand new, vintage-style appliances in the
kitchen.

The living space of Sea Shack is on the first floor and features a flat screen
TV, comfortable seating and a convertible sofa that pulls out to sleep one
person. The kitchen features all new, vintage-style appliances surrounded by
creamy white cabinets. The dining area that seats five is just off of the
kitchen area and is surrounded by windows to provide plenty of natural light.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
