Lodge Farm Cottage is a large spacious house focussed on great design and open plan spaces, perfecting for spending quality time with friends or family. Boasting a large garden and only 15 mins to Oxford, this is the perfect base for a stylish countryside retreat. All while being so close to all that Oxford has to offer in its rich history, excellent shopping and gastro delights.
As you enter, you are immediately drawn to the size of the house with its many living spaces and large open plan kitchen, which is one of the many highlights of the property, complete with glass ceiling ensuring it is drenched in natural light all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and host a long supper or brunch.
There are two living areas ideal for catching up over tea or something stronger in the evening. Just a note that the fireplace is not in use. The larger living area enjoys a large L sofa and a double sofa bed to cater for groups of 8. Next door is a private office in case you need to catch up some work while staying or work from home for a few days here.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, with Super King bed and en suite. The second bedroom enjoys a King bed and third a double, both with use of the family bathroom upstairs.
The garden is large and has the added benefit of a secluded spot right at the top through hedges, enjoying rolling countryside views. Perfect for sundowners!

We welcome well-behaved pets to stay with you! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
