Enjoy a cup of Joe as the F-15’s fly overhead from LAFB and the fishing boats pass by. Windmill Point is located on deepwater access and is 2.3 miles from Grandview Nature Preserve Beach. Grandview Nature Preserve is open to the public free and forms the northeast corner of the city of Hampton. The Preserve covers over 475 acres of salt marsh, tidal creeks, and Chesapeake Bay beachfront. The Preserve is a great location to beach comb, observe the migratory birds, and photography. It is also a great place for fishing. You will need to obtain a saltwater fishing license from Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.

Little Back River Road Hampton, VA 23669 GOSNOLD’S HOPE PARK/HAMPTON BMX SUPER TRACK Gosnold’s Hope Park is the second largest development park in the city consisting of 105 acres.l It offers the public eight picnic facilities complete with tables and grills, campsites, restrooms, a public boat ramp, a fitness trail, athletic fields, children’s playground, picnic shelters with tables and grills for reservation, and a BMX track. There are 16 Trailer Sites designed for RV use only, no tents are allowed. The space is available 24-hours a day on a first come, first served basis—no reservations are accepted. Campers can stay no more than 14 days in any 30-day period and the $31.20 per night fee includes electricity, water hook-up, access to a shower and sewer dump. Each site features a picnic table and charcoal grill, user must provide own charcoal.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
