This contemporary concrete home is designed with a mixture of the muted color palette of exposed concrete, warm touches of wood, and colorful decoration details that speak for themselves. The convenient distribution plan arranged the common spaces in the middle while the bedrooms are in opposite corners, and the third bedroom is detached for extra privacy. The huge glass doors from ceiling to floor filled the house with light and breeze. The kitchen is minimalistic yet very convenient, it has an open concept and a very ample island with stools for 3, and the sliding doors let to an outdoor covered wood deck where there is a table for 6, we are sure you are going to love this spot where you can feel embraced by nature. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to feel like you are cooking in your own home. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
