This space is a 1100 sq ft beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated condo-style Apartment. With on-site parking and close proximity to downtown, you’ll be hard pressed to find a more convenient, seamless experience at this centrally-located place.
The space has beautiful modern finishes, two full bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a beautiful tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, and an in-unit washer/dryer. It is located on the first floor, but please note there are steps required to enter the building.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are located right on Reading Road, just 3 minutes north of downtown, with easy access to all area attractions.
Getting around is easy since this property is just a 3-minute drive to Over the Rhine and downtown, you can easily drive or Uber/Lyft to anything. Once you are in downtown or Over the Rhine, everything is walkable, plus you can use the Streetcar for free and you’ll find plenty of easily rentable Redbikes and scooters.
The third bed in the listing is the sofabed in the living room.
