Take it all in once to the living room, where a majestic mountain view is ready to awe you. There is comfortable leather furniture around a 55" cable TV over a wood-burning fireplace with a work desk neatly tucked into the corner for any of those "mandatory" tasks that just can’t wait while you’re away on vacation.
The first bedroom on the entry-level is a king bedroom just off of the kitchen/living room area with a 55" cable TV and a large walk-in closet that conveniently has a washer and dryer in it! Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are not allowed
- Must be 25 to rent
- Guests will check in directly at their cabin. Check in information is sent out 24 hours prior to arrival providing guest has completed the rental agreement and sent in a copy of their valid id.
