Our property features 5 private BRs, a giant living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out toward the lake, an upstairs game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table, and a screened-in patio perfect for enjoying the great outdoors comfortably. The Master bedroom features a super special walk-out balcony that overlooks the lake.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

If a party that has not been pre arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000 Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.
