Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. - The dock behind the house is strictly off limits for guests.The dock behind the property does NOT belong to Blueberry Hill Lakehouse. If guests trespass on the dock or the easements to the dock (road & stairs) a $2,500 fee will be incurred and the sheriff will be called for trespassing. - No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - Pets are allowed with a fee. - This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. - Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. - Please note that there is a Ring doorbell at the property.
