During your stay, enjoy a stylish space and luxury amenities! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has a fully stocked kitchen, open-concept living room and outdoor seating area, creating plenty of space for you and your crew to unwind.
When you walk through the front door, you’ll immediately enter into our open concept living room and kitchen area. To the left, you’ll see our cozy, mid-century modern living area, which is complete with a large couch with a chaise lounge, one lounge chair, stunning gas fireplace and 65-inch TCL Roku TV. From here, you’ll also have access to our back patio.
To the right, you’ll see our open-concept kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. In the center of our kitchen, you’ll see our large, granite-top island, which hosts our farmhouse sink, dishwasher and four barstools. Directly behind the living room and to the left of the kitchen sits our dining room. Here, you’ll see an 8-top dining table, large sideboard cabinet, wood beam ceilings and tons of natural light!
When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four bedrooms:
(1) Our Primary bedroom on the main floor is complete with a King-size bed, closet, desk area, 43-inch TCL Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom on the main floor features a luxurious Queen-size bed and connects to the hall bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom upstairs has a King-size bed, Twin-size bed, Twin-size trundle, closet, 53-inch TCL Roku TV and a nearby bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom upstairs has a Queen-size bed, dresser, and a closet.
Note: Guests in Bedroom 4 can either use the bathroom across the hall (located in Bedroom 3) or go downstairs to the guest bathroom.
Head outside to enjoy our furnished back patio! Out here, you’ll have access to a Charbroil propane grill, 5-top outdoor dining table and stairs leading down to the backyard. This is the perfect place to enjoy that fresh Arkansas air!
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- No parking on the street.
