This large Fulham home is perfect for a family. It has lots of sleeping space, but also a lot of communal space for gatherings or dinners together. Located in fashionable Fulham on a quiet street the home is a short walk to Fulham Broadway Underground, which will take travellers to Central London, as well as shops and restaurants.
The home is spread out across 4 floors. The basement level has a double bed, bathroom and a play room. Upstairs, on the ground floor, is the living room with comfortable sofas, high ceilings and a TV. The open plan kitchen (which is fully equipped) is off the sitting room with a dining table over looking the garden. Upstairs are 2 double rooms with King beds and a bathroom. The top floor is the Master Suite with a Super King bed and a large ensuite. Beautifully furnished throughout and with plenty of room, this is a fantastic and well laid out family home.

Outdoor Areas: Eel Brook Common Park is two minutes’ walk and a children’s small play park is just around the corner. Brompton Cemetery is close by, and many famous people are buried there. Food & Drink: The Tommy Tucker is a Gourmet pub fare served with local beers, wines and house-infused spirits in a polished tavern and is literally moments from the flat – on the corner of Waterford Road and Moore Park Road. There are numerous nearby gastro pubs including the Harwood Arms (which boasts a Michelin star!), The Malthouse, The Atlas and the Lillie Langtry. Other great local restaurants include Manuka Kitchen (a delicious and characterful bistro), Cafe L'Aziz, Brasserie Cote and the Vagabond wine & tapas bar. Nearby supermarkets include Waitrose, Whole Foods, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencers, which are all approximately 5 minutes away. The North End Road market has knickknacks and street food.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
