Wandsworth is a very family-friendly residential area in Southwest London. Food and Drink: There are numerous fantastic pubs within walking distance of the house - just a few minutes away from the house is East Hill, a place with lots of perfect spots for a drink in the summer or a delicious dinner and the popular Alma hotel and pub. Try Brew on Old York Road for a quick brunch. Konnigans serves contemporary British food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Ship and The Waterfront pub at Battersea Reach is a riverfront venue where you can enjoy a delicious meal or have a drink with a view across the Thames. Going Out: For some beautiful outside space, take a short walk to Spencer Park. Go Ape in Battersea Park is perfect for an action-packed tree-top adventure or Battersea Park children's zoo. Southside shopping centre has high-street shops, a supermarket, gyms, a huge Cineworld cinema, numerous restaurants and cafes as well. A walk along the river to Putney is perfect on a sunny evening. A short walk over Wandsworth bridge and you're in Fulham. The Hurlingham Club is also just across the river for those with reciprocal club memberships or who wish to use the sports facilities.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
