Chic Grenelle is a beautiful furnished apartment located on rue Laos on the 15th arrondissement close to metro station La Motte Piquet Grenelle.
Upon entering into this 3BDR/ 1130 sqft apartment, large entrance hall that leads to a very light and spacious salon with balcony. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and just in front you find the first single room adapted for children. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size-size bed and lots of closet space.
This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. To secure the reservation, we kindly request that you sign a letter providing your company name, passport information, and guest details.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
