Booking this property includes concierge service and housekeeping. Moonrise is a beautiful apartment located at the Blue Residence in Cupecoy on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. An impressive 180-degree view stretching from the ocean and Baie Longue beach over Porto Cupecoy and all the way across Simpson Bay Lagoon.
The first floor houses a spacious living/dining area and open plan kitchen and a terrace running the length of the apartment with seating and dining area. Upstairs is the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom with a large shower and a tub with a view of the water and sky.
Guest amenities at the Blue Residence include a communal fitness room and rooftop swimming pool.
A car rental is recommended and can be organized through our included concierge service.

Housekeeping services are every other day for the exception of Sundays & Local Public Holidays.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
