Beautiful holiday villa with private swimming pool located on the hills surrounding Empoli and just 30 km away from Florence.
The villa has been finished to the highest standard and can sleep up to 10/12 guests. Outside there is a large garden housing a generously sized private swimming pool, as well as a welcoming porch and extensive terraces perfect for outdoor living.
The villa is perfectly located within easy reach of the most famous towns of the region such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca. Empoli, which is just 1.8km away, also has a train station with regular connections to the other main cities of Tuscany. A secondary road passes near the property. One part of the house (the one near the entrance to the property and with its own separate entrance) is used as the owner’s office.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
