Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,COVID-19 Vaccinations:
- All guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must present their vaccination certificates prior to arrival. Guests who fail to comply with these restrictions will have their reservation cancelled at their own expense.
- Pet Policy Terms & Conditions:
- In the event you do choose to stay with your pet, the following applies:
- - We allow one per apartment that is over one years old, under 20kgs and is house-trained.
- - We require a pet cleaning fee of be paid prior to arrival to cover a deep clean upon check-out in preparation for the next guest. Please note this is NOT included in the standard cleaning fee.
- - We require a pre authorisation of $500 placed on a credit/debit card, which will be applied the day prior to arrival. In the unlikely event any damages occur this will be used to cover any costs associated with damage. Please note the pre authorisation only places a hold on funds, and the hold will be removed at the end of the stay provided there are no issues. If damages do occur, charges will only be made based on the total cost of the repairs and replacements.
- - The guest agrees to strictly adhere to the Strata by-laws in relation to housing pets. Pets are not permitted in common amenities in the apartment building including fitness rooms, swimming pools, or rooftop terraces.
- Smoking Policy Terms & Conditions:
- Please note our apartments are strictly non-smoking. This applies to both indoor spaces as we as on the balcony. If there are remnants of cigarette smell, cigarette butts and/or ash, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Failure to comply with these terms in conditions will allow us to terminate your stay effective-immediately without a refund.
