Have fun We’d love to host you in our 3 bedroom home located in the Margaritaville Resort! The place is located in Kissimmee just a short drive from Orlando’s major attractions. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property.
NOTE: Please only reserve if you are traveling for vacation, visiting family, or a mature adult. Not ideal for groups looking to party.
Welcome to the tropical getaway inside Orlando. Our home comes fully equipped with full kitchen, linens, washer and dryer, and of course a Margarita machine. Wouldn’t be a proper stay at Margaritaville without one. Each bedroom has a pillow top mattress, lush pillows, big screen TV, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen sofa bed on the first floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No parties or events
- Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in)
- Our guests do not have access to the resort pool facilities
- Only dogs up to 20 lbs weight allowed, max 2 per stay
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home.
