This 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom home should definitely be your next vacation
spot and "home away from home". It has almost 1600 square feet of living
space, so it’s spacious enough for the whole family. There is a king bed and
flat screen TV in the master bedroom, along with a private ensuite bathroom.
In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed and TV, with connecting
bathroom. In the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, there are two twin beds and both have a
TV. There is a 3rd bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with
pots, pans and other cooking utensils needed to enjoy a nice home cooked meal.
And the best part of the home is having your own screened in pool in the
backyard. The home backs up to the golf course, giving you a nice view while
you enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
