Welcome to our lovely townhouse on Vista Cay, without a doubt the best
location in all Orlando!
Sleeping 6 comfortably, 7 or 8 with small children under 12. 3.5 bathrooms
makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends.
THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout.
The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 55" smart TV and flows
seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at
a comfortable dining area for 6. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet
meal.
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a
½ bath on the living floor.
On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy
mattress and top quality linens.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
