indoors and outdoors. It sits, secluded, among the trees in the Southern
Hills. It has 2 bedrooms plus a loft and can sleep up to 8. This, with 2.5
baths makes it a great choice for families. Denali has a king bedroom
downstairs and a queen bedroom upstairs. The attached open air loft has 2
full-size futons nestled around a TV . Tall floor-to-ceiling windows open up
the living room and kitchen to the forest beyond, overlooking the full outdoor
kitchen, complete with a fireplace and stone pizza oven! Enjoy those family
cookouts with a charcoal grill, the unique pizza oven (complete with
instructions), mini-fridge, and utility sink all right there. No need to run
back and forth to prep your meal. Also inviting you to share time and memories

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
