Explore attractions like the Getty Villa, Malibu Pier, and Malibu Country Mart. The area boasts stunning beaches, scenic hiking trails, and vibrant local culture, ideal for relaxation and adventure. We host guests who respect our community. No loud noises after 9 pm or inappropriate behavior. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Note: The property is on Pacific Coast Highway, so guests may hear road noise and/or crashing waves.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
