The house overlooks the central square in the historic centre of Alghero. To get to know and spend your holidays in Alghero, you won’t need a car. All the services are under the house, such as the sea, the beaches, the marina. You will only have to take a flight and your holiday will start immediately.
The historic building in which the Medina flat is located has a lift, and has a wonderful view with terraces over the central square in the historic centre of Alghero, and from the house you can walk to all the most interesting places.
From the marina you can rent a dinghy and explore the beautiful coast of the Coral Riviera or you can spend a day on a boat with a fishing excursion...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
- The security deposit of €300.00 to protect against damage must be paid upon arrival in cash.
- Additional additional costs:
- - electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be calculated at checkout)
- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.
