The Desert Ridge property is a masterfully designed home set-in the boulders and lush desert landscape. This brand new home has stunning views in every direction and you can enjoy dinner with friends at the outdoor dining table, lounge by the indoor gas fireplace or end your night relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and wake up to an incredible desert sunrise. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. • FIREPLACE The fireplace is gas and no wood is to be used in it • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. • FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. There is a propane fire pit for your use and it can be used year-round. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • IDENTITY VERIFICATION You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash- encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
