Little Tish is a masterfully designed home set-in the boulders and lush desert
landscape. This brand new home has stunning views in every direction and you
can enjoy dinner with friends at the outdoor dining table under the stars. End
your night relaxing in the salt water hot tub and wake up to an incredible
desert sunrise - refreshed and renewed.
This incredible home is surrounded by boulders and beautiful desert landscape
while located minutes from the shops and restaurants in Yucca Valley.
Both bedrooms offer a cozy sleeping area with a queen bed and attached
bathroom with a rainfall shower.
The outdoor dining area has a large table for your whole group and cafe lights
for added ambiance. We also provide a propane grill for a fun desert cookout.
Don’t forget the outdoor shower and salt water hot tub to enjoy the infamous
dark skies of the Hi-Desert.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to
complete the reservation
• SPEAKERS
We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any
kind to be brought. The house sits in a canyon and noise travels up and over
the canyon very easily. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you
respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town.
• PETS
Pets off all kinds are NOT allowed.
• A/C & Heater
Little Tish is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you
comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire
policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire
pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be
terminated and you will be asked to leave.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included
in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
That includes day guests and over night guests.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand
and accept the terms listed above.
