Although the house is perfect for those early morning flights or late-night arrivals, it’s also a great base for exploring the SeaTac and Seattle.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 2- No unregistered guests.
- ** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
- 3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
- 4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Any violations of 1-4 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
- 5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
- 6- Check out procedure:
- - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling.
- - Run the dishwasher if needed.
- - Turn off all lights.
- - Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- 7- Please, push outside trash bins to the street side by Thursday night for Friday pickup.
- 8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
- 9- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your amazon order delivered to a nearby amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
