We present a majestic accommodation located in the heart of the emblematic Albaicín district. This elegant residence comprises three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a stunning terrace that offers an incomparable view of the Alhambra.
The property’s design extends over four floors. In the basement level, you will discover an intimate bedroom equipped with two joined beds of 90x200, a full bathroom, a sophisticated dressing room and an enchanting inner patio. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils for your culinary convenience.
Ascending to the first floor, you will encounter two more bedrooms. The first one houses a double bed of 160x190, while the second is equipped with two single beds of 90x190. On this same level, you will have access to a second full bathroom for your convenience.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
