WHITE VILLA is a luxurious retreat located in Long Bay Beach (5 min. from Grace Bay). This 3 bedroom/4 bathroom villa, with a large private pool, can accommodate up to 8 adults + 2 children. A 3-minute stroll takes you straight to the beach, equipped with chairs, kayaks and stand-up-paddle boards. Our cluster of 10 villas allows us to offer services and amenities you’d normally only find in a 5-start hotel.

AREA The Long Bay area is sparsely populated and home to just a few private villas, yet less than 5 minutes away from the Island's grocery stores, restaurants, golfing, tennis courts, marinas, casinos and other attractions. BEACH Walk 2-3 minutes on the secluded access in front of the villa and you are on Long Bay Beach. Long Bay is an immense 20 square kilometers sandy bay less than 3.5 feet deep (at low tide) as far as the eye can see. No current, no coral, no waves, no danger... and just absolutely perfect for beach lovers and kiteboarders.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
