spectacular and the sunsets are just as amazing! Enjoy these wonders of nature
on our comfortable deck or step over to the beach and river to immerse
yourself in all that this property has to offer.
Just steps away from Wells Beach and the town center, this meticulously cared-
for beach rental has views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Webhannet River,
and Wells Harbor!!
Two lovely bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own 3/4 shower/bath and
outside deck with table and chairs (with VIEWS), and the other having 2 twin
beds (views also), a TV, and lots of light. Fully appliance kitchen with D/W
and STUNNING views! Enjoy the outside deck on this 3rd-floor property; its
space resembles that of a veranda and its views of the Webhannet River and
Wells Harbor on one side and the ocean on the other...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
