The Mir el Mar penthouse is a spectacular flat located right in the centre of Alghero, overlooking the gulf and Capocaccia, a paradisiacal promontory in the North West of Sardinia, along the Coral Riviera.
Located right in the centre of Alghero, the penthouse offers breathtaking views from virtually every living space and bedroom. The sunsets over the sea will give you a different feeling every day.
Given the location in the centre of Alghero near the sea, a car is not necessary although it is recommended for excursions outside the province.
The flat has no reserved parking, but for those who require it as an extra cost we can rent a garage at a cost of 15 € per day.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- The security deposit of € 300.00 to protect against damage must be paid upon arrival in cash.
