Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with various bars and clubs very close by. Liverpool has attractions littered throughout the city and more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital. Each attraction is leading in its own right, but there seems to be a few ‘big hitters’ that everyone wants to know about. The views from the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour offer some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. If you’re a fan of culture, you’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history, as well as art and music. Football fans will also be spoilt for choice with two great stadiums to visit in Liverpool’s Anfield and Everton’s Goodison Park.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
