Property Manager presents the Coach House, a quaint cottage peacefully situated in the picturesque and tranquil village of St Florence, just a 5-10 minute drive from the historic seaside town of Tenby and smaller village of Saundersfoot
Lounge: Corner sofa comfortably seating up to 4 people. TV with Firestick and DVD player. Dining table with seating for up to 4 people.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering cottage including microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and oven with hob.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, drawers and hanging space, TV.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, drawers and hanging space.
To the front of the property there is off road parking for one car as well as a shared seating area.
The cottage has WiFi and is centrally heated throughout.
One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
