The updated kitchen and open living room are perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the cooler months or open the sliding doors to the deck and relax to the sound of the stream in the spring and summer. The cozy main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and direct deck access. Downstairs there are two more guest rooms with a queen size bed and a full size. The downstairs living room is perfect for game or movie nights. So, pour yourself a drink, have a seat on the deck, put your feet up and let the burbling song of the mountain stream...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
