And, you’re conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville with shopping, dining, music and more! The open floor plan welcomes everyone that walks through its doors. The peacefulness will wash over you along with the abundance of natural light, you will immediately feel right at home. The great room provides comfortable seating and a gas fireplace to cozy up in front of while you’re watching a movie or just spending time with your group. Bring your dog along, they are welcome! The fully equipped kitchen will have the chef of the group happy. Take a step out onto the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 8 - Max Occupancy: 12 - Queen sofa bed in lower level - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 400Mbps - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
