Situated in the coveted One Beaver Creek Building, this condo boasts a prime location above the Chop House, offering inspiring mountain views and easy access to the Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express. During the summer, guests are just a short walk from the Beaver Creek Bike Park, as well as some of the best hikes in Beaver Creek.
This four-bedroom, four-ensuite plus one powder room condo offers ample privacy, with each bedroom featuring year-round sunshine. The main king bedroom boasts a cozy fireplace, mountain views, and an ensuite with dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- - The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- - A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
