The apartment is designed exclusively for our guests, two bedrooms, one with a new king-size bed with hotel style and comfort, and the other with a double bed, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a small, super cozy terrace.
The apartment is in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, a discreet and exclusive neighborhood. The main thoroughfare, Paseo de la Reforma, runs through the area that has many fine dining restaurants and boutiques.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Official Identification: Prior to your arrival, we kindly request the official identification of all members of the group, excluding minors.
- Check Out: The latest check-out time is 11 am. If you require a later departure, please consult availability and obtain authorization. After 12 pm, a fee equivalent to 60% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- Check In: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you'd like to store your luggage earlier, please request prior authorization for temporary storage only. If you occupy the apartment before the designated check-in time, a fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate will be applied to account for disrupted cleaning schedules.
- Late Check Out: Cleaning is scheduled for check-out time at 11 am. Failure to vacate the premises at that time without authorized late check-out will result in a penalty.
- Baby Amenities: We offer high chairs and cribs for your babies. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Property Damages: The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was provided. Any damages must be reported, assessed, and covered by the guest. Failure to do so may result in using the security deposit to cover the costs.
- Decoration: Please refrain from moving or altering furniture, objects, or room decorations.
- Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking cigarettes or other tobacco products inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 MXN will be imposed for violations. Smoking is only permitted on designated terraces in applicable apartments.
- Illicit Substance Consumption: The consumption of drugs or narcotics within the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any illicit activity reported will result in authorities being permitted to enter.
- Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior authorization and incur an additional cleaning fee of $400 MXN.
- Noise Control: Please maintain minimal noise levels after 9 pm out of respect for working and resting neighbors.
- Parties or Gatherings: Renting the apartment for parties or gatherings is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a fine of $1,000 and immediate eviction.
- Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted access to the apartment. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed, unless authorized in advance.
- Losses or Thefts: The host is not responsible for any losses or thefts within the apartment.
- Keys: Loss or forgetting of keys will incur a replacement cost. Additional key deliveries during your stay require the guest to cover shipping expenses.
- Internet: Guests are responsible for their online actions and must avoid any illegal activities.
- Inventory: The apartment is equipped with basic inventory. Please report damages and replace items as necessary.
- Property Ownership: Neither the host nor the property owner is responsible for any unlawful activities.
- Contact: For maintenance or inquiries, please reach out between 8 am and 10 pm. Emergency contact is available after 10 pm.
- Reservation Changes: Changes to reduce the number of guests or days after a reservation is made are not allowed.
- Last-Minute Reservations: Reservations made with less than 24 hours' notice will have check-in at 7:00 pm.
