Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION: By policy, prior to arrival, the sending of an official identification of the person in charge of the group will be requested.
  • CHECK OUT: The maximum check-out time is at 11 am. If you need to leave later, you must check availability and obtain authorization. After 1:00 p.m., 50% of the rate will be charged.
  • LATE CHECK OUT: Cleaning is scheduled at check out time, 11 am. In case of not having an authorized late check out and not leaving the apartment at this time, a penalty of $250 MXN will be charged in order to reschedule the cleaning.
  • SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: The check in time for same day reservations will be from 7 pm to guarantee the cleanliness and sanitization of the place.
  • BABY AMENITIES: we have a high chair and pack and play available for your baby, you just have to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • PARKING: If you are going to use the parking lot let us know so we can coordinate it, in case we do not have prior notice you will not be able to use it.
  • PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be left in the same conditions in which it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment must be reported, the amount of the damage will be quoted and must be paid by the guest. In case of not doing it, we will be able to have the security deposit to cover the damage.
  • DECORATION: Please do not move, remove or change the furniture and objects, or any other decoration of the room and the house.
  • SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco product inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will be subject to a penalty of $1,500 MXN.
  • CONSUMPTION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The consumption of drugs and narcotics within the department is strictly prohibited. Any illicit activity reported within the department will be allowed to enter the authorities.
  • KEEP SILENCE: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. (Monday to Sunday) and respect the neighbors who are workers and family. Complaints from neighbors will generate a fine of $1,500 MXN per complaint.
  • VISITS: Meetings or parties inside the property are strictly prohibited. Access is only allowed to the guests included in the reservation, any visit or guest outside these conditions will be taken as a breach of the rules and will be requested to vacate the apartment, unless prior authorization is requested and generates a fine of $1,500 mxn per person .
  • LOSS OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft within the apartment.
  • KEYS: At the end of the stay, the loss or forgetting of these will have a cost for them to be replaced of $150 MXN. If during the stay they request an additional delivery of keys, the guest must pay the cost per delivery.
  • INTERNET: Each guest is responsible for all actions and messages that are carried out during their stay, it is prohibited to download or upload files illegally.
  • INVENTORY: The department is equipped and inventoried with basic things for your use and enjoyment, it is requested that you take care of them since they are for you benefit. Any damage / defect of the same can be replaced and, in case of not doing so, it will have an additional cost that will depend on the value itself.
  • DOMAIN OF THE PROPERTY: Neither the host nor the owner of the property will be responsible for any crime or illicit act committed within the department, avoiding the Extinction of Domain over said property.
  • CONTACT: For maintenance issues or doubts about the department, please consider a schedule from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm write or call only in case of urgency.
  • COURTESIES: The apartment is left equipped and with amenities for the stay. If something extra is required, this will be at the guest's expense.
  • ADJUSTMENTS IN THE RESERVATION: Once the reservation is made, no changes can be made to reduce the number of guests or days
