The Luxury Silver Bear Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1,250 sq ft) located at the base of the Canyon Lodge ski slopes. The lifts are approximately 500 yards from the property and a short, easy walk, even for young children. Complex amenities include an underground secure parking garage, sauna, and 2 spas. With a shuttle stop right out front, you are a short ride away from The Village at Mammoth, where you will find many popular restaurants, shops, and bars. However, you may not want to venture out of our comfortable home, preferring instead to cook in the open kitchen, bbq on the deck, kick your feet up & relax. Nearby activities such as the Mammoth Museum or Bodie State Historic Park are great for day adventures. The Mono-Inyo Craters are only 45 minutes away and you get to see fascinating silicic lava domes! Experience Rainbow Falls on horseback and watch the San Joaquin River...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
