Welcome to the Tropical Playhouse where family and friends can come together to enjoy a newly renovated vacation home. Impeccable location right next to downtown and close to the London bridge. Parking for up to 8 cars and 2 Boats make it a breeze coming back from the lake. Beautiful Heated pool featuring LED color changing lights for late night swimming, spa, cornhole, minigolf, firepit, pool floats and plenty of outdoor seating. We have a new garage converted game room with a shuffle board, pool table, foosball table, and more! This sprawling property has much to offer.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
