We are excited to share our home with you. We dreamed up everything we could want and need in a vacation rental and put it into our home. From comfortable sleeping arrangements, to all the activities kids and adults could want, to being lakeside and minutes from the State Park with the boat launch ramps, to having the ultimately privacy in a luxury area, and more. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No parties
- No events
- No loud music or noise after 9-10pm
- No smoking
- No unauthorized guests
- Any of these will result in a fine or eviction
- Please read our entire listing so there are no surprises upon arrival and expectations are equal between host and guest :-)
