The queen of the estate is the large10x5m infinity pool for exclusive use, surrounded by a solarium with chaises longues and seats in pure Mediterranean style, as well as a covered gazebo useful for outdoor lunches and dinners by the pool.
The villa with its dazzling architecture, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 8 beds, distributed in 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom.The interiors are characterized by large and bright rooms: on the first floor, from the entrance you can directly access the large open space living room with open kitchen, dining table and sitting area with large sliding windows, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful Valle d’Itria, at the end large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, bathroom / toilet serving the living area. In the basement, 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have independent external access directly to the swimming pool.
Outside, beyond the swimming pool area, the property extends harmoniously over 1 hectare of garden with olive grove and orchard.
