The Wharf House, a beautiful waterfront reserve property overlooking Lake Mummorah, truly breathtaking, with fabulous winter sun and summer shade. A modern comfortable beach house inspiring relaxation and calm.

The whole house is built up on a wooden jetty to complement its position. It is waterfront reserve and the beach is across the road over the literal sand dune. Lots of locals go across the road and take the beaten track for a swim (about 200 metres) but for the faint hearted it is a 10 minute walk to the closest formal beach access with life savers. The beach is 8 Kilometres long and stunning. The house gets great sea breezes but is protected from the extreme winds that can come with beach front.

The house has a king room, a queen room and a huge bunk room. There is a very large upstairs wooden deck also used for dining.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
