A major renovation in December 2021 includes all new tile flooring, a large walk-in shower in the master bathroom, and the bunk room conversion to a sleeping area with a Nectar queen bed and barn door for privacy is the only one in Aqua. Great for two adult couples! Upgrades in 2019 included new stainless-steel appliances and a full-size washer/dryer. The living room/dining room furniture seats six and includes a queen sofa sleeper with a mattress topper. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for those who want to eat in or use the barbeques near the pool. Enjoy listening to the ocean? Open one of the two patio doors from either the master bedroom or living room. The large deck can accommodate all types of entertaining. It features a dining table with four chairs, an additional two swivel rockers with two additional cocktail tables so you can enjoy watching the ocean and beach activities on your private balcony. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
