The Space :
Immerse yourselves in the Athens city vibes
At the heart of Athens’ hippest and most happening neighborhood, this bright and airy two-bedroom apartment has plenty of tricks up its sleeves: For starters, it is nestled on the 3rd floor, so it comes with iconic city and landmark views —spot leafy Lycabettus, or the queen, herself, the Acropolis, from your private balconies while having your morning coffee or a pre-dinner drink.
Decorations are minimal chic with fashion-forward touches that do not overwhelm; while the two thoroughly modern bathrooms are exceedingly elegant, with luscious amenities and even rain showers. The latest creature comforts, including –but not limited to– a large flat-screen TV, Miele kitchen appliances and a Nespresso Krupps machine are also at your disposal to take advantage of; and there is heaps of well-designed space for lounging in style. Of course, given the flat’s sterling location, you’ll be tempted to spend most of your time outside. Just walk out the door and immerse yourself in the electrifying urban vibes: Plenty of choices when it comes to food and drinks, as most of the coolest spots are at a stone’s throw. The area is also home to some fascinating new art spaces and museums; while the emblems like the Acropolis, Agora and Plaka are within walking distance, too. The flat is also a short, lovely stroll away from Kallimarmaro Stadium (7 mins), Syntagma Square, and the tropical paradise that is the National Garden.
Whether for a weekend escapade or an extended trip, book this tastefully renovated flat in snazzy Pagrati and make the most out of your stay in one of Europe’s liveliest metropolises.

Guest access :
Parking can be quite tricky in the center of Athens, and you might consider leaving your car in one of the area’s garages instead of searching for a spot on the streets. The flat’s sterling location however allows swift and easy access to all sights and attractions by foot, but you may also do it whether by taxi (which is actually cheap in Athens), by metro or the bus.

Plaka, nestled at the foot of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece, is a charming neighborhood that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and scenic beauty. Known as the "Neighborhood of the Gods," Plaka's labyrinthine streets and neoclassical architecture transport visitors back to a bygone era, making it a must-visit for anyone traveling to Athens.
The area is steeped in history, with landmarks such as the Tower of the Winds, an ancient octagonal clocktower, and the Roman Agora, a reminder of the city's Roman past. The district's proximity to the Acropolis means that visitors can easily combine a visit to this iconic site with a leisurely stroll through Plaka's alleys, where every turn reveals a new piece of history or a stunning view of the city.
Plaka's vibrant atmosphere is complemented by its array of shops, where travelers can find everything from handmade jewelry and traditional Greek crafts to fine art and antiques. The neighborhood is also home to numerous tavernas and cafes, offering the perfect opportunity to sample Greek cuisine or enjoy a cup of coffee while people-watching in a picturesque square.
