It features a well-equipped kitchen for the cooking enthusiast, as well as four large decks - three of which are covered - where you can unwind into vacation mode. HDTV is available in all the bedrooms and the great room, with several TVs featuring DVD players as well. There is a small DVD library and a good number of beach books for your reading pleasure. The home has cable TV and WiFi access - just bring your laptop or tablet. Covered parking is available for three cars. All bedroom mattresses are encased in bed bug covers. For your convenience, there is a private walkway to the beach, where you can relax in the sand or spend time looking for shells and beach glass. After your day on the beach, rinse off in the large outdoor shower with a spacious dressing room. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
