Sun Glow Senator is a new and modern one-bedroom holiday home in complex with swimming pool. Spectacular views of the pool and chill out area to enjoy the outside space. It is located 15 minutes from Las Cucharas beach and very close to all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.
New flat in modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. Consists of one bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Wifi with fibre, ideal for teleworking. Smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Large private furnished terrace with spectacular views of the pool. Leaving the flat you can enjoy the huge terrace of the complex with sun loungers and chill out area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet communal pool with sun loungers.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
