This is one great home in Queen Creek. 3 beds, 2 baths + an office in the
middle of everything Queen Creek has to offer. Not far from Mesa either.
Swimming pool perfect for the summer heat and gorgeous to sit by year round. 2
car garage is available and a great driveway for parking too.
Step inside to a great room concept with a very comfortable living room. The
kitchen and dining area look over the living room. Kitchen is large and well
stocked and has a great breakfast bar for entertaining. The views of the
awesome backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and grassy area are ever
present from every window in the great room. The master suite is split from
the office and other bedrooms. The Master has a king sized bed, large TV and
is connected to a beautiful en-suite bath, walk in shower and separate tub. It
also has a nice master walk in closet with tons of room to spare.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
