the private, gated resort community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland,
California. Just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this
peaceful mountain retreat offers modern comforts, scenic decks for outdoor
relaxation, and a full-home backup generator that automatically powers the
house during outages—so your stay stays comfortable and uninterrupted no
matter the conditions.

Community Access & Fees
The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with
24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.
A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable
directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur
additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
