Southern Dunes Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 6 people and is sure to impress anyone who stays here. Let’s find out a little more about what’s going on under the roof. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is cartoon character themed and has two single beds. And the fourth bedroom also has two single beds. While the queen beds are great for couples or older children, the single beds are best for young children. There are two living room areas. The first living room is the formal living room at the front of the house. It has two sofas and is great for having a quiet conversation with others. The second living area is at the back and has a tropical theme going on. It has 2 very comfortable sofas to curl up on, a flat screen TV, and access to the pool area via glass patio doors, which let in a great deal of natural light. Imagine coming home after a long day out at the parks, exhausted, and just falling backwards into the sofa where you curl up and watch a Disney movie to finish off the night. The kitchen is large and is sure to impress any cook. It comes fully equipped and has dark stainless-steel appliances, tile flooring, and views of the dining area and living room. The dining area / breakfast nook is right next to the kitchen and has a tall square table that’s pushed up against the kitchen countertop, acting like an extension of the kitchen counter top. The table has 6 chairs around it, meaning there’s enough space for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. If you want somewhere more formal to eat, there’s a formal dining room just off of the formal living room at the front of the house. Ready to head outside? Great! The screened-in pool area is a great place to enjoy some swimming in the large pool, sunbathing, and relaxing. Did we mention this house has Wi-Fi access? Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
